The Staff and Doctors of Cliffdale Animal Hospital
Member of AVMA and NCVMA, Dr. Valenti is a proud graduate of the University of Georgia College of Veterinary Medicine, class of ’79. After working as an associate veterinarian the first four years post graduation, she moved to Fayetteville. Here, she took on the responsibility of independently practicing as the managing veterinarian of a satellite practice.
In 1990, Dr Valenti opened her own practice, Cliffdale Animal Hospital. The practice thrived and subsequently outgrew its shopping center strip location. So in 2000, Dr Valenti designed and built the free standing facility where Cliffdale Animal Hospital now exists.
Dr. Valenti shares her home with several furry creatures that you may catch a glimpse of from time to time at our facility; her cats Ping Pong and Louis, which she recently rescued since being abandoned at her clinic, and her 2 Norwich Terriers, Grand Finale and Opus.
Janice has worked with Dr. Valenti for the past 33 years. She is a member of the first graduating class of Douglas Byrd High School here in Fayetteville and earned her AS degree in Veterinary Technology at Central Carolina Community College in Sanford. Both of her children are adults and have left the nest. She has bred and shown miniature longhaired dachshunds, including winners at the Dachshund Club of America National Specialties and at the National Miniature Dachshund Club. Mud, Neon, Liberty, and Pierogi, as well as two labs, Kenly and Ember and a cat, Talladega all, reside with her.
Gina is married and raising 2 grandchildren. She has a few four-legged critters, Cowboy, a Rottweiler, Buck the beagle, Diva, and a pit bull, as well as two parrots. Gina has worked in the veterinary field since 1990 and can't imagine doing any other job.
Brittany is our pet grooming specialist. Bring your furry friends to her for a fresh look or a seasonal trim!
