Cliffdale Animal Hospital Policies
All payment is to be paid in full at the time of services. For your convenience we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Cash and Checks with valid identification.
So that we can attend to all of our patients in a timely manner we ask that appointments be scheduled. We do understand that sometimes there are emergencies. In that instance our clients with serious emergencies are seen first and we apologize if this may upset the flow of our scheduled appointments. If you are a new client you may download our client registration form to speed up the check-in process or arrive 10 minutes early for your animal’s appointment.
We offer drop off convenience to our clients that are unable to get their pets in for a scheduled appointment, surgeries and those that will need monitoring and/or tests throughout the day. Our drop offs for grooming, surgeries, routine care, or tests are scheduled for 8am. Boarders are able to drop off at anytime during the day. We ask that boarders are dropped off at least 30 minutes before closing so that they are able to get settled in for the evening.
**All pets scheduled for a drop off must be current on all vaccinations**
For the safety of your pets and others please make sure that they are on a leash or in a carrier when arriving to our facility. We ask that you appropriately restrain your pet while in our waiting area. Not all pets that enter our hospital are healthy and therefore contact with others may cause your pet to be ill.
**We ask that you please leave any very ill or contagious pets in the vehicle until checking in with our receptionists for further instructions.**
Patient restraint policy
For your safety our trained assistants will properly restrain your pet for the duration of their examination.
Prescription refill policy
To alleviate a long wait in our office, we ask that you call in or complete our contact form at least 24 hours in advance.
